Dr. Rafizadeh is a graduate of Lausanne School of Medicine in Switzerland and has training in internal medicine at Metropolitan Hospital in NYC, followed by a residency in Anesthesiology at Saint Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, New Jersey.
Board-Certified in Anesthesiology, Dr. Rafizadeh has been practicing the specialty at Saint Barnabas Hospital where he was elected the Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology. He has been involved in the hospital’s clinical affairs and has served in numerous hospital committees, as well as the President of the medical staff and member of the Board of Trustees of the Saint Barnabas Hospital.
Dr. Rafizadeh has a special interest in Perioperative Management focusing on the evaluation and management of patients prior to a surgical procedure, and has been a leader in pre-operative blood management and Anemia Clinics. Practicing his trade in a wide range of sub-specialties, including neuro-anesthesia, vascular, thoracic, obstetric and regional anesthesiology, Dr. Rafizadeh specializes in acute post-operative pain management and has been instrumental in promoting that specialty at Saint Barnabas Medical Center.

Georgianne Maxwell began her healthcare career as a Medical Records Clerk, and served as the Business Office Manager for the Surgery Center of Salem County for 10 years. While working for Delaware Clinical & Laboratory Physicians in the Helen Graham Cancer Center, Georgie gained indispensable knowledge in Hematology, Oncology, and Pathology. While at DCLP, her position was not only to provide administrative and human resources support to the company, but also to help patients prepare for the unforeseen financial burdens of chemotherapies and other cancer treatments. This opportunity taught her to see the healthcare industry through the eyes of the patient, and she brings these valuable experiences and lessons to NJ ASC Management.
Georgie is excited to help bring quality and compassionate outpatient surgical services back to Union county. As both a mother and a daughter to aging parents, she understands the challenges of finding healthcare professionals locally who are not only kind, but professional, efficient and trustworthy. With her expertise, NJ ASC Management will provide an atmosphere where patients of all ages will feel cared for and comfortable.

Kimberly Miskowic has been in the medical field for over 20 years and has held numerous positions in healthcare—but her true passion is Ambulatory Surgical Services.
While studying to become a Medical Assistant, Kim began her healthcare career as an intern at an Orthopedic Center. Working as a Medical Assistant in a family physician’s office after the completion of her MA, she continued to work her way through nursing school towards her BSN. After receiving her BSN, Kim took a position at a hospital working as a Medical Surgical/Orthopedic nurse and within a few years of working with a main operating room, she transferred to a surgery center. After quickly moving from operating room staff charge nurse to the OR manager, Kim enrolled in graduate school and completed her master’s degree in nursing.
Throughout Kim’s career in the surgery center environment, she gained invaluable knowledge and experience that has helped her grow both personally and professionally

Anthony Noce is an experienced professional in the real estate development, property management, construction, and engineering industries. With over 35 years of experience, Anthony has managed the entitlement process for numerous commercial, residential, and hotel development sites in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He served as Director of Operations and Construction for large Private REIT managing a portfolio of over 3 Million SF.
Anthony’s prior experience includes construction project management, Director of Project Management for a $100 Million Construction Management Company and Senior VP and Operations Manager for a $60 Million General Contractor.
Over his 30+ years as an attorney and in-house counsel, Anthony has developed a unique skill-set in all aspects of the Real Estate industry, including land use, leasing, entity formation, financing acquisitions, and dispositions.

Dustin Davis is a skilled industry professional in all facets of commercial and residential design, construction, and operations. Having over 15 years of experience, Dustin has been involved in the development of over 1,000 residential units. He develops, plans, implements and administers project development in coordination with in-house construction staff, outside vendors, and design professionals. Dustin evaluates projects in progress, monitors budgets to control expenditures, ensures contract compliance and quality control on an on-going basis, as well as recommends changes to ensure efficient results.

With over 20 years in the real estate industry, Leslie Florio has extensive experience and is adept in all facets regarding healthcare, office acquisitions and leasing. Leslie has served as Vice President at Transwestern and was also a Managing Director at Colliers International, with a focus on office, healthcare leasing, and sales, providing tenant and owner representation throughout New Jersey.
Leslie brings to NJ ASC Management her extensive knowledge of the New Jersey marketplace with a keen sense of organization and management skills, which allow her to deliver a singular focus on timely implementation of NJ ASC’s business objectives.

Keri Dekmar has gained essential knowledge and a vast skillset in Leasing and Acquisitions from her time at Transwestern as well as CHA Partners. Keri is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey and assists senior-level real estate professionals in developing relationships. Keri’s work for NJ ASC Management is focused on the healthcare sector of leasing—however she is experienced in the office as well as retail sectors, focused on both landlord and tenant representation.

Kevin Kiel is a highly skilled healthcare executive with a 30+ year network within the healthcare industry. Kevin spent the majority of his career working in the Orthopedic Divisions at Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson where he gathered a diverse skill-set from his years at various high-level positions. Most recently, Kevin was the CMO and VP of Strategic Alliances and Business Development at Sovereign Health System, where he managed all Market and Business Development for SurgiCare, the Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) business unit of Sovereign Health Systems. Kevin is adept in building long-lasting relationships with physicians, attorneys and c-level healthcare executives, in order to maintain standard healthcare business operations.
Kevin is the Partner of NJ ASC Management—the healthcare division at CHA Partners, a real-estate development company located in Bloomfield, NJ. In his role, Kevin manages physician recruitment and works closely with the vast network that he has accumulated over the years in order to maintain effective operations. He oversees all business operations in ASC business units developed by CHA Partners and is thoroughly proficient in marketing and business development in healthcare.

As a Marketing Associate, Amelia handles all NJ ASC Management writing and editing needs. Writing verbiage for NJ ASC’s website, marketing collateral and more—she aides in the delivery of all marketing efforts for the company as well as its projects. Amelia also manages NJ ASC’s social media pages, as well as it’s sub-companies (Salem ASC, Muhlenberg ASC, etc.). Amelia is in charge of publishing content, monitoring key market trends, and engaging with NJ ASC’s audience.

Teddy graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from Montclair State University.
